1. About Digital Pattii

Digital Pattii is a digital agency offering services including website design and development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, business tools, maintenance & support, branding, and social media management.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Copy, scrape, or misuse website content without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us or submitting forms

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding contract. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees are confirmed only through a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement accepted by both parties.

4. Services and Deliverables

We will provide services with reasonable skill and care based on the agreed scope. Client responsibilities typically include timely feedback, content, access credentials, and required approvals. Delays in client inputs may affect delivery schedules.

5. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Fees already paid for completed milestones are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received for the relevant deliverables, Digital Pattii retains ownership of work product created by us. Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement, excluding third-party tools, open-source components, stock assets, and our pre-existing frameworks or methods.

Website content, branding, and materials published by Digital Pattii remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

7. Client Content and Permissions

You confirm that you own or have rights to all materials you provide to us (text, images, logos, data, etc.). You grant us a license to use those materials solely to deliver the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during a project and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Pattii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless a different limitation is stated in a signed agreement.

10. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting, or payment providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures of third-party services outside our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project as outlined in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date, and we may withhold unfinished deliverables until outstanding balances are settled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
